Country Gardens is a warm and comfortable 16-bed assisted living community in beautiful Fallbrook, California. Our small size is intentional — it means every resident is known by name, every family is part of the conversation, and every caregiver has the time to give the kind of attention that makes a difference.
We specialize in memory care for seniors with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and the social and behavioral concerns that often come with them. Our staff is specifically trained for these conditions, and our environment is designed to feel familiar, calm, and safe.
Our approach to a continuity of care provides residents with a familiar environment in which to thrive both physically and mentally. We serve families across San Diego County and Temecula, CA — including Bonsall, Vista, Oceanside, Temecula, and the greater North San Diego County area.
